Online registration is open.
All registrations and abstract submissions for the 14th EFR Congress 2026 (10–12 September 2026, Vienna) are handled via the official online platform ConfTool.

• Participant registration
• Payment
• Abstract submission
• Editing your data
• Uploading final abstracts

How ConfTool Works

Step 1 – Create a ConfTool Account

1. Go to: https://www.conftool.com/efr2026
2. Click “Register new user”
3. Enter your name, email address and create a password
4. You will receive a confirmation email
5. Activate your account via the link in the email

This account will be used for both registration and abstract submission.

Step 2 – Register for the Congress

1. Log in at https://www.conftool.com/efr2026
2. Select “Register as Participant”
3. Choose your registration category
4. Add optional items (Welcome Reception, Heuriger, etc.)
5. Confirm and proceed to payment

After payment, you will receive an invoice and confirmation by email.

Important Notes

• One ConfTool account is sufficient for both registration and abstract submission
• Please register using the same email address for all congress activities
• All changes can be made by logging back into ConfTool

Payment is handled securely via ConfTool

An invoice and receipt will be generated automatically.
