Abstract Submission - Deadline August 1st, 2026

Accepted abstracts will be presented as oral or poster presentations.

Step 1 – Create a ConfTool Account

1. Go to: https://www.conftool.com/efr2026
2. Click “Register new user”
3. Enter your name, email address and create a password
4. You will receive a confirmation email
5. Activate your account via the link in the email

This account will be used for both registration and abstract submission.

Step 2 – Submit an Abstract

1. Log in to your ConfTool account
2. Select “Your Submissions” → “Submit new abstract”
3. Enter:
   • Title
   • Authors
   • Institution
   • Abstract text
4. Choose topic area
5. Submit

You can edit your abstract until the submission deadline.

Important Notes

• One ConfTool account is sufficient for both registration and abstract submission
• Please register using the same email address for all congress activities
• All changes can be made by logging back into ConfTool
